This image was taken at Abraham Lake, AB in Nov. of 2013. The wind at this shoreline was almost unbelievable! We had to hold onto our tripods or they would have been blown away! The results of the wind were these wonderful ice formations all along the shoreline. The trick was to get one in focus due to the wind. Lucky temperatures were only -3C.
I am taking a Black and White course from Marc Koegel of Vancouver and am revisiting some of my images which I think make a good monochrome.
